Peruvian economist, graduated from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, with a Masters in Globalization and Economic Development from the University of Antwerp-Belgium, MBA from the Universidad del Pacífico and specialization in Senior Management at the PAD of the Universidad de Piura.
He has 20 years of experience leading financial strategies in the public and private sectors. He has served as Advisor to the Secretariat of Decentralization at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers – PCM, Director General of Knowledge Management at SERFOR, Technical Coordinator of the Business Council of the Pacific Alliance, Deputy Director of Innovation and Technology Transfer at CONCYTEC, and Advisor to the Director General of Investment Policy at the Ministry of Economy and Finance. He has also served as an IDB official and as a consultant to UNESCO.
For the last 5 years he has been the CEO of Profonanpe, Peru’s environmental fund.
