Director - Centre for Marine Sciences at the University of the West Indies

Professor Dale Webber became Director of UWI’s Centre for Marine Sciences on August 1, 2023, after 35 years of service at UWI, including as Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Principal of the Mona Campus. An expert in Coastal Ecology and Environmental Management, he’s also chaired Jamaica’s Climate Change Advisory Board since 2015.
