Katy de la Garza Chamberlain

Katy de la Garza Chamberlain serves as the Executive Director of the Forever Costa Rica Association. She holds a Doctorate in International Education (EdD) and a master’s degree in International Development Management from Columbia University, as well as a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service in the United States. Previously, she held roles as Dean at the School for International Training (SIT) in the United States and managed programs at institutions including Fundación Televisa, The Nature Conservancy Costa Rica, the US Peace Corps in Costa Rica, and ProMujer programs in Mexico.
