Holds a degree in Biology and a Teaching degree in Chemistry and Natural Sciences. She has over 23 years of experience in formulating, evaluating, supervising, and monitoring projects related to Protected Natural Areas, ecosystem restoration, with an emphasis on mangroves.
In addition, she has a solid background in research and environmental education, environmental governance, land-use planning, wildlife management, sea turtle conservation, silvopastoral and agroforestry systems management for restoring forest connectivity in our country; also, in organic farming, as well as in the use of tools for environmental and strategic planning.
