Team Coordinator - RedLAC (Conserva Aves))

Cecilia Vides currently serve as the RedLAC team coordinator for the Conserva Aves Initiative, a high-impact project focused on biodiversity conservation throughout the Americas. In this role, She is responsible for overseeing the regional implementation of the Initiative, ensuring the financial and technical execution of national partners. This entails the development of strategic partnerships, the securing of resources and the alignment of efforts at both national and regional levels.

Ms. Vides provided technical and financial support to an ecosystem restoration program implemented by the German Cooperation (GIZ) across Central America and the Caribbean region. In collaboration with governmental institutions, the private sector, foundations, and civil society organizations, She has developed sustainable landscape management projects that contribute to biodiversity conservation and climate resilience. Additionally, she’s been working as an independent consultant on environmental and forestry components since 2019, supporting processes in Chile, Costa Rica, and El Salvador.

My professional strengths include solid experience in planning, managing, and implementing complex projects, as well as in managing multidisciplinary teams.
